Simple sales prediction exercise using basic pre-processing, econometrics, machine learning, and model selection/benchmarking. Specifically, the models tested are: OLS, Lasso, Ridge, Elastic Net, and Random Forest. Benchmarking utilizes the out-of-bag mean squared error (MSE) of each model.
