Added e-book files

I added some epub and mobi files generated from the markdown and threw together a quick cover.

This is amazing @Synj24! Is there any way you could also add in the script used to generate them? As this document changes in the future I don't want them to go out of date

Sure thing, I'll see if i can write a shell script to automate the process in the future.
I used pandoc to generate the .epub file from the README.md (the only change i made was removing the gitter badge and adding some meta data to the start).
To add the cover i used calibre as i couldn't see a way to include a cover using pandoc and for the .mobi file i used cloudconvert
