This will include the following minimum functionality:

• ability to access on port forwarded localhost:8080
• ability to perform general classification analysis
  • using default radial kernel
• automated build via vagrant, and puppet
• adjusted documentation to correspond to vagrant, and puppet build
• standard implementation of webcompilers using upstart scripts generated via puppet
