unifdef-2.1 - the first git-based release of unifdef.

The changes since version 1.360 aka 2.0 are to re-do the build
and packaging scripts to replace cvs support with git support.

The final revision of unifdef from my CVS repository.

This is equivalent to version 1.360

Until a few months ago unifdef didn't have a formal version number,
other than a collection of CVS revision numbers. The current version
scheme is only a thin veneer on top of CVS revision numbers, so
isn't entirely satisfactory.

With the switch to git, I declare that Dave Yost's version was
unifdef-1 and my version is unifdef-2, though it laboured for
nearly eight years without realising that.
