Currently, JkGfxMod must be configured by manually editing a configuration file. It might be nice to provide some utility that can help people choose the best configuration options for their system. This tool could also help manage material packs.

I consider this an extremely low-priority item. In particular, I don't think there's any advantage doing this until well after #21 is finished.

Added work-in-progress configuration tool

This change adds an early-progress configuration tool. Currently, this tool is basic, and for many users will not fully replace hand-editing configuration files.

Later work will expand this tool to include some installation sanity checking.
