Beta 4

• Added Geolocation lookup - File -> New Location
• Added the ability to manually import osm.pbf files, along with a indication of the size of the available Geofabrik download. Allows you to import just the data for Melbourne, for example, rather than the whole of Australia.
• Reworked the route choice scorer to look at route similarity rather than just considering if it is exactly the same route.
• StreetO furniture is now stored once downloaded, rather than being downloaded everytime.
• Tweaks to the routing encoder.

Pre-release code from the dev branch, to see if we can get it to run on macOS Monterey

Upgraded the javaFX version on macOS to see if this gets around the issues in #6

Includes some functionality from the next planned beta

• Kml files not created by StreetO in the first place should now import into the application
• Geocoding - type in an address to centre the map on that location
• Fixed issues with some settings in the Preferences View not being applied after you save changes

Note: macOS dmg is still unsigned and so still suffers from the problems described in #5.

Beta 3, fixes the following:

• Map splitting options now work as expected
• Improvements to the appearance of the generated course. Lines terminate at control circle edges, start and finish render correctly.
• Control Site finding logic now properly looks for street furniture at the current location first.
