JJ Ben-Joseph is the founder and CEO of TensorSpace, a biotech AI/ML startup currently operating in stealth mode. He also serves as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at AION Labs, a pioneering venture capital studio established by industry giants Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Merck, and Teva. In this role, JJ advances the formation of new Israeli startups in the pharmaceutical and AI sectors, aiming to strengthen the Israeli biotech ecosystem.

Previously, JJ was a key player at In-Q-Tel, a strategic venture capital firm, where he supported biosecurity and AI startups in securing and thriving with US government clientele. His expertise extends to technical contributions in drug discovery and pandemic response technologies leveraging AI. Additionally, JJ has held prestigious fellowships at the American Jewish Committee, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, and the Foresight Institute.

On GitHub, JJ mostly contributes to open-source projects focused on drug discovery and pandemic response using AI. He is also engaged in AI governance, including the subfields of Alignment/Safety, Fairness, MLOps, and DevSecOps.
