docs: enhance autogenerate changelog configuration

Describe Your Changes

• Current changelog configuration has an issue. It exported the changelog to old folder guides/changelogs Seems Thus, each time contributor run the code. It generated the file into this old folder. As we change the location releases/changelog. Thus, I modify the export folder to this new folder.

As we have slug for changelog is changelog/changelog-version e.g. changelog/changelog-v0.4.7. I also modify plugin to generate the .mdx file having this slug automatically not affected by changelog folder location
