bug: Reset Factory Settings on Windows - The jan data folder remain the same

Describe the bug
When I keep the default setting "keep the current app data location", the jan data folder remaining the same (settings, assistant, engines)

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Reset To Factory Default
3. Enter RESET and proceed
4. See error
