SOFTWARE USE LIMITATIONS AND LIMITED LICENSE


GENERAL PRODUCT LICENSE.

This AFC distribution (the "Software") is intended solely for
scientific or academic or educational, non-commercial use. 
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, 
except as permitted by law and granted by this license.
Stephan Ewert retains all right, title and interest in the Software 
including all intellectual property rights embodied therein and derivatives thereof. 
The Software, including, without limitation, all code, data structures, images, sounds, 
text, derivative works and all other elements of the Software may not be resold, 
rented, leased, distributed (electronically or otherwise) for any commercial purpose, 
or used for any commercial purpose. 
Any permissions granted herein are provided on a temporary basis and can be withdrawn 
by Stephan Ewert at any time. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Unless otherwise stated, the AFC distribution, including all files is licensed 
under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). 
In short, this means that you are free to use and share (copy, distribute and transmit) 
the AFC distribution under the following conditions:

	Attribution — You must attribute the AFC distribution by acknowledgement of the author 
								if it appears or if was used in any form in your work. The attribution must 
								not in any way that suggests that the author endorse you or your use of the work. 
	
	Noncommercial — You may not use AFC for commercial purposes.

The experiment files, model files, calibration files, and measurements procedure files, 
their interfaces and their structure, as defined by the included examples, 
are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Users are thus explicitly permitted to create custom experiments, models, calibration files, 
and measurements procedures or to derive them from included examples, and to distribute their 
own creations independent of AFC provided they are attributed as custom content for AFC 
and acknowledge the original author.

restrictions of this limited license. If you do not accept the terms of this
limited license, you must delete the Software and all copies of it
