Muse Dash (MelonLoader) DLC unlocker.

1. Get the .dll melonloader mod (compile the code or download from releases).
2. Install MelonLoader if it's not installed yet. Follow the official docs on installation.
3. Put the downloaded .dll into the Mods folder in your Muse Dash installation path.
4. Run the game.
