Add Debug cjdns section

Add a short description of cjdns

Bump version and commit cjdns 20.2 binaries

Set to build the 20.1 tag and add my own binaries

Delete defunct sites and references thereto

Up version for another release

Legit-ify the license that gets displayed

It also actually applies to the source code.

And it includes that GPL copyright message nobody includes because they
just copy-paste the whole GPL.

Add a missing s

Don't commit the actual build, and ignore it in the future.
