[Feature Request]: Add stat_propdiff_ci to tabulate binary response by subgroup

Feature description

Adding a new stats method to tabulate_rsp_subgroups to be able to summarise the proportion of subjects meeting an endpoint, by the difference in proportions (stat_propdiff_ci) in a table or forest plot.
