Running ILPSolver

1. Uncompress the release ZIP to an empty dir
2. Uncompress the examples ZIP to another empty dir
3. Open a terminal in the release dir
4. Run ILPSolver in an example file:
   ILPSolver.exe path\to\examples\cornell-move-cone.xml

Running OppositeRenderer

1. Uncompress the release ZIP to an empty dir
2. Uncompress the examples ZIP to another empty dir
3. Run Standalone.exe
4. Open any of the .dae files
