If you have problems launching JiraTimers in environment with different HOMEDRIVE letter, then you should first change it.

For example do it via powershell script:

$env:HOMEDRIVE = "C:\"
& "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\JiraTimers.lnk"
