No luck testing this.

@WadeBarnes - I'm getting a "No connection to server" message and can't do anything with Play with VON. Can you please take a look? Just to get the Play with VON running - nothing to do with this PR.

@andrewwhitehead - no luck with testing on Play with Docker, which I think should be automatically handled. Looking for a local genesis file, but should be using the one from Greenlight BCovrin. Error Messages:

Thanks - Weird. I'll try it in the office. Still not working for me - multiple browsers. I just get the yellow banner across the top.
