This patch changes the SD card handling

  • Move sd commands into hydrabus/hydrabus_sd.c
  • Modify microsd.c to implement a more user-friendly API to read/write/modify files on the SD
  • Modify old calls in all modes to use the new API
  • Change console logging in order to log both consoles at the same time
