功能已经添加。
软件打开 xxx.qss 样式文件后，xxx.qss所在目录如果有 xxx.py资源文件会自动加载。
然后就可以在xxx.qss文件中用url(:/img/close.png);引用xxx.py资源文件中的图片了。

ps:目前v1.4里还不能用这个功能。v1.5会一起发布
