This repo provides the code for the CoLLAs 2023 paper "Incremental Unsupervised Domain Adaptation on Evolving Graphs". Hsing-Huan Chung and Joydeep Ghosh.

We test our code in python3.8. Please check your CUDA version and the installation page of PyTorch and PyTorch Geometric to install them. We use torch==1.12.1+cu116 and torch-geometric==2.2.0. For other dependencies, check requirements.txt.

To run experiments, please enter the folders synthetic, arxiv, and elliptic for further instructions.
