First release of the HexFm synthesizer plugin. Features include:
-6 FM synthesis operators, each with an oscillator and a DAHDSR envelope

-Modulation routing matrix and automatic routing graph. Any operator can modulate any other operator, including itself

-Four LFOs which can be routed to modulate the level or the pitch ratio of any operator

-System for saving and loading categorized presets
-Configurable high-pass/low-pass filter with resonance control

The disk image will install both VST3 and AU format plugins, which are built for Mac OS only for now (I don't have a Windows machine to build on). If anyone does build the plugin from source on Windows, please let me know and I'll add the binaries here in the next release.
