This change replaces Highlight.js for code block syntax highlighting with Prism.js.
The impetus for this change is that Highlight.js does not support some newer languages such as ReasonML that people using Hashrocket's TIL instance want to write about.
We would also get JSX support, a language we post about a lot. Highlight.js has not fully implemented JSX.
