Update pkg/build/images.go to use the latest version of CouchDB if `couchdb` was set to `services`.

Is it really necessary for the readme to be exhaustive? |

In my opinion, this change on README.md is necessary for developers to know which versions of the databases they can use. For now, we can get this information only by reading the source codes. And knowing "which version of the database is used" is very important for executing tests precisely. |
