PAL

Peripheral Access Library (PAL) is generated from svd file. it only provides registers structers and macros to set individual bits of registers. Although it may contain some library functions to make things easy Its not a HAL. you can completely discard those and use only baremetal registers

Creating a new project

  • cd projects
  • make new PROJECT="<project name>" by default it will create project in name of new
  • To add libraries set XDG_LIB_DIR environment variable to specific library folder and place all of the files in that directory.

Creating a new library

To add own library create a new directory in lib with the name of your lib.

  • copy "templates/lib.mk" to your lib directory and rename it to make file

NOTE : 1. It was never meant to be library, i created this for making my projects easy. if anyone want to use it then just remove all projects froms projects folder and you can reuse them 2. To generate compile_commands.json for clangd/ccls autocompletion tools use compiledb/bear tools example: compiledb make

IMPORTANT : disable implicit make rules by passing make -rR or export MAKEFLAGS=-rR. They are annoying to work with
