This appears to cause the plugin to not run at all, which makes a bunch of tests fail. Unfortunately this can not be merged as-is. |

I have just removed a duplicate execution
create, which is obviously done bycreate-metadataas well. I have also removed the properties that provide the location. It takes the default location for the build metadataThis closes #1356
