Documentation of LOGFILE macro is incorrect #4

Macro "LOGFILE" is defined in each of the four "defines" header files. The comment that documents its purpose relates it to the "-l" option which does not exist. It should refer to the "-o" and "-O" options.

For example, see line number 89 in defines.ds.
