The last piece to get into the repo (related to #77) is making predictions using compressed gene expression features. Currently, the results and figures for NF1 live in the feature_comparison folder.

This PR adds the script that generates these compressed features, adds the data themselves, adds tybalt to the conda environment to use the DataModels class, and preps the folder to store all results. The next PR will perform the analysis and store results for for NF1, Ras, and TP53.
