App to drawing annotations from txt file into the video with help of openCV lib.
Annotations are created by vatic tool (https://github.com/cvondrick/vatic) and saved in txt file.
VideoAnnotator is reading data from txt file and drawing boundig box on each video frame in live mode.
It also calculate how fast object is moving.
