Replace the playlists tab with "User playlists"

Describe your suggested feature

The playlists tab has playlists that never change. They are always the same.

Not only this but there is not many of them. The bottom playlist tab should be swapped with user's own playlists for convenience. Otherwise the user has to dig through the settings to find their playlists.

The user's own playlists icon could be grabbed from the album icon of the first song in the playlist too. So that they are not just 'grey' squares.
