New inherited scene overwrites base by default

When using "Scene"->"New Inherited Scene", saving appears to automatically overwrite the base scene file. The scene tab shows the base scene file name as well.
Reopening the file results in dependency issues and crashes.

Expected behavior on saving a new inherited scene would be to get the "Save New Scene..." dialog and enter a new file name.
