docs: migrate documentation from the wiki

Hello @fmartingr, I really like Shiori and I'm currently adopting it. I took a look at the documentation inside the wiki and found the completely outdated section for a Docker installation which refers to a 2 year old image on Docker Hub.

I'd like to update the documentation accordingly. What do you prefer: Updating it in the current wiki or create a PR for this PR #394?

Hey @pgrunm ! I just went ahead and updated those docs (adding a simple migration section) and merged this. Any upgrades you can make for new users are welcome, a fresh pair of eyes is always the best way to maintain this kind of documents. :)
