Describe the bug
Bold text next to a comma or period does not show as bold. For example, this text:

This is a test of *italics*, **bold text**, and `code`. Or bold text at **the end of a sentence**.

This is **bold text** located in the middle of a sentence.

Here’s how it looks in FSNotes Version 4.9.13 (468) on MacOS (and on iOS):

To Reproduce
Make text bold when next to a comma or period. This may apply to other characters as well.

Actual behavior
The text should be rendered as bold, but isn’t. For example, here’s the same text rendered in Marked.app instead:
