Tweetor

Tweetor is a social media website built using Flask, SQLite, and Jinja templates. It allows users to sign up, log in, post Flits, view user profiles, and interact with Flits.

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.7 or higher
  • Flask 2.0 or higher
  • SQLite (included with Python)

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

git clone <repository_url>

  1. Navigate to the project directory:

cd Tweetor

  1. Create a virtual environment:

python3 -m venv venv

  1. Activate the virtual environment:

source venv/bin/activate

  1. Install the dependencies:

pip install -r requirements.txt

  1. Run the application:

python main.py

  1. Open your web browser and visit http:https://localhost:5000 to access Tweetor.
