Reasons for making this change:

Kony Visualizer is a well known cross-platform app development tool. A frequent question those of us working at Kony get from users is what to ignore and what to version. This file is aimed at giving developers the answer to that question.

.webmeta and .meta can't be ignored as the metadata has ids connecting browser widgets to corresponding local html files. If we don't checkin these files then browser widget-to-localhtml associations will be lost.
