This fixes
TestArchive_StableDigestand ensures that the tgz file generated by porter archive keeps its current contents/digest. See #2703 for more details on the problem. This PR reverts to the last working version of go-containerregistry, and long term we'll need to figure out how to deal with this breaking change.
