kana v0.3.0

Alright, kana has gained new powers!

The two breaking changes since last version are:

	* Katakana is not extended by default

	* Only input from stdin is parsed

	* Input is now case-insensitive

Also, some new, exciting features have been added, allowing, for
example, to build more complex katakana words.
