This issue includes doing a refactoring to create a base class for institutions and collections since they share some fields like the replacedBy but the Person doesn't (now many base classes are interfaces include the Person too).

Also, we should create endpoints to do simple replacements to include them in the services and in the list filters. Rigth now, the merge service is not a replacement because it does much more things than just replacing.
