Updated the unsubscribe package test generator to not generate empty subscription packages as well.
If no QoS is specified it should default to zero

Switching away from TravisCI to Semaphore. This is très confusing, so let's try to merge to master and see if it works.
Also, I have improved the encoders for subscribe and unsubscribe packages; they will no longer encode packages without topic filters. This is a requirement from the specification.
