Removed Moods table and model because measuring mood and stress before and after each activity because convoluted with regard to ActiveRecord associations.
'mood_before/mood_after' and 'stress_before/stress_after' are columns that were added to most of the tables. Now, the Pattern model will have methods built out for statistical analysis of how each item effects the patient's mood.
Includes refactoring specs and modifying schema.
