This is the data-driven card generator tool used for Winding Road Games projects.

Google Drive structure (per game):

Config:

SERVICE_ACCOUNT_EMAIL

(GAMENAME)_ROOT_ID = the root Google Drive folder containing card spreadsheets in a known structure

Pages:

/[game]/cards/[Major].[Minor] - Renders the cards for vMajor.Minor using the appropriate templates

API:

/api/[game]/generate/[Major].[Minor] - import, parse, render, screenshot, and upload to a known location

1. npm run newver [game] [version] ex: npm run newver astromon 7
2. Add a line (and imports) to pages/gameName/cards/[version].tsx for the new version

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev

Open https://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

API routes can be accessed on https://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.ts.

The pages/api directory is mapped to /api/*. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
