Shows the running version in the browser console and the server log.

Fixes #89

There are some commits on develop that are not yet on main.

I now included the "important" ones of those commits here:

The rest were basically dependency updates and a bit of formatting, I think I'll make a separate PR for that. Then we can discard the current develop.
