Install-ChocoOffline

Procedure:

Run Download-ChocoPackages.bat to download chocolatey nupkg in this folder
Make this folder visiable by the target computer which you want to install chocolatey offline to
In the target computer, run Install-ChocoOffline.bat to install chocolatey offline
