The pixel stretching is hard coded for the input geotiff, but it will vary depending on the grid. This was causing the 20CR tiffs to be very small. I hard coded the correct geotransform numbers, but we should eventually get these from the files.

Fixes to the map sizing. The transform into the projection is hard coded for the isoband calculation.
