Cu24 keyboard addition (qmk#2330)

* Added Modular keyboards L,R and NUM

Created code modules for the 3 modules of the modular keyboard.
Original idea by MechboardsUK. Uses i2c implementation similar to lets
split

* CU24 Support

Addes Support for the upcoming CU24 keyboard sold by CapsUnlocked

* Removed modular keyboards to make stuff clear

* Lower Case folders

* Remove CU24 - Rename Folder

* Add CU24 - Renamed

* Fixed ignore list

# Default CU24 Layout

This is the default layout that comes flashed on every CU24. It is like a normal numpad,
with all the led customization on the Fn layer.
