Uses a Debian Linux docker with jupyter notebook to run scripts

• Tensorflow 0.12.0rc0 from jjhelmus repository
• Jupyter Notebook 4

Run docker with ./docker.sh (chmod 744 of to fix exec permissions) to download jupyter/tensorflow-notebook docker with tensorflow 0.12.0rc0 installed and link local folder. Alternatively run on a native linux box.
