This patch enables building CCID in TravisCI. For some reason pkg-config doesn't correctly set the build parameters for linking CCID against the patched OpenSSL, installed as part of the OpenPACE build (see https://travis-ci.org/d0/vsmartcard/builds/25120073 for the build output when only using PKG_CONFIG_PATH). To avoid this problem we need to explicitly set the OPENSSL_LIBS and OPENSSL_CFLAGS variables for the CCID build.
