Improve consistency of descriptions formatting

1. Make whitespace around action-glyph span more consistent
   That is, remove whitespace inside the span and add it after and before the tag if there wasn't one (consistently with other occurrences)

2. Move action-glyphs out of strong tag
   Mostly for item activations and shapechanging effects strikes.

3. Minor fixes
   Remove duplicate Max duration in Blightburn Resin
   Add value to Diluted Hype stage 3 effect
   Add secret trait to False Hope check
   Add new line after duration for Unending Itch
   Fix grammar error in Cerulean Scourge
   Separate Activate and Effect into two lines for Animal Staff (all of them)
   Fix grammar error in Spell Effect: Ancestral Form
