This improves the table layouts, fixes some minor errors, and updates the wording to the Player Core term "counteract rank".

Git diff sucks for these big one-liners so here's a preview of the table changes (ignore the weird colour differences and displayed size):
PS: I noticed that we missed other text across the system that weren't updated to the remaster "counteract rank" term so there's another PR following shortly.
