Extract SkyAware Anywhere from fa_web

• Edited .gitignore to allow index.html changes to be pushed
• Removed render.py script as it's no longer necessary (ditched Jinja templating)
• Created index.html file with contents of original output from running render.py remote (but cleaned up TCL-dependent lines to avoid conflicts)
• Removed now-defunct Jinja template (index.j2)
• replaced original data.js file in dump1090 repo with the contents of the data.js file in fa_web
• edited current XHR call in script.js for receiver.json to instead hit receiver data endpoint in fa_web
• created status.json file which copied the contents of the preexisting status.json file in fa_web
• deleted preexisting status.json in fa_web (this was done locally)*
• edited existing RewriteRule for the static status JSON in fa_web's config file to point to new status.json file (this was done locally)*

Additional Comments/Things to Consider BEFORE merging:

• The preexisting status.json file in fa_web has only been deleted locally
• Currently, the changes to flightaware.com.config have only been made locally in my vhost:

  =>
  Static status JSON RewriteRule ^/status.json /skyaware/status.json [L,QSA]
• I will make a PR in fa_web for these changes*

*since these changes will be a part of the cleanup process and should not affect the functionality of the current changes, the PR will be made later
