Start and docker config directions in the readme are improved.

Changed the lando config so it works with the current rc2+ syntax.
A number of smaller improvements in the configuration.

Fix for linux hosts file so linux docker containers can resolve host.docker.internal. Also various small improvements to the inti.sh script and the docs.

This is the initial stable release.
In this release running and debugging tests is only supported using the command line.
