Go Modules support.

Beep was fully usable for a long time now, if you knew how, or were willing to dig into the sources and documentation. Tutorials and examples were sorely missing and Beep thus suffered.

That time is over. I've finished tutorials, examples, and therefore it's time to release 1.0.
